Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager for The Standard at Fort Collins. The role focuses on marketing the community, achieving leasing targets, and providing top-notch service to prospects and residents.

You will report to the Community Manager and collaborate with staff to implement leasing strategies, conduct tours, and maintain model and traffic follow-up while upholding corporate procedures and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• Leasing and marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Monitor leasing reports and pricing to optimize rent growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain data in Entrata and follow up with prospects and residents.
• Conduct property tours and close leases while maintaining the model and traffic flow.
• Prepare market surveys and marketing calendars.
