Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Community Lead to introduce the brand to new markets, build local relationships, and create experiences that convert community members into studio members. You will work with the General Manager to launch new markets and drive long-term growth, awareness, and lead generation.

This role thrives on meeting people, building memorable experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing boutique fitness brand.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.

Responsibilities

Pre-Opening | Launch the Market: build relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartment communities, and corporate organizations; plan activations, pop-ups, and tabling events; support community classes; capture leads; create local social media content; generate opening-day excitement.
Post-Opening | Grow the Community: build partnerships driving referrals and memberships; support local events and ongoing engagement; drive membership growth with GM; follow up with prospective members; deliver exceptional member experiences during shifts; support front desk operations to create a welcoming studio environment.
