• Strong pastry, frying, butchering, stock making, and bread baking skills.
• Excellent knife skills with precise dicing, chopping, and julienne.

Responsabilidades

• Create: Prepare vibrant, home‑cooked meals using local products for staff and residents.
• Execute: Manage all menu items with focus on timing, quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Safety & Science: Maintain knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature requirements.
• Sanitize: Keep workstation organized and follow kitchen cleaning schedule.
• Accommodate: Prepare modified or therapeutic diets for residents' allergies and dietary needs.
