Job summary

603 Legal Aid in Concord, NH, is seeking a Community Justice Worker (CJW) Pilot Coordinator to support the implementation and day-to-day operations of the CJW Pilot. You will coordinate volunteer engagement, manage logistics, and assist with data collection and evaluation, working with the CJW Supervising Attorney and community partners.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services or related field and 2–4 years of program coordination or volunteer management

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human services, public administration, legal studies, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience); 2–4 years in program coordination, community engagement, or volunteer management.
• Experience with community organizations, social service systems, or grant-funded program support (data tracking/reporting/compliance) preferred.
• Spanish or other language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CJW training sessions, meetings, and project activities.
• Serve as a liaison between CJWs, partner organizations, and 603LA staff.
• Assist with development and refinement of CJW workflows, tools, and materials.
• Support planning activities, including partner engagement and community feedback efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of CJW activities, client services, and program outcomes.
