Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-6 months of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage individuals to increase their independence.
• Meet with waiver participants regularly in various settings.
• Document individual progress toward community integration.
• Administer medications and complete necessary documentation.
• Drive individuals to medical appointments and community activities.
