Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking compassionate Community Integration Specialists (Direct Support Professionals) for our Day Support Program at Frying Pan Farm Park in Herndon, VA. You will create and lead engaging activities, build meaningful relationships, and help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow skills and independence.

Role emphasizes safety, person-centered planning, and REGulatory compliance while offering growth, tuition support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with adults with developmental disabilities or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate engaging daily activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Build trusting relationships and provide support in communication, mobility, personal care, and safety.
• Collaborate on Person Centered Plans (PCPs) to help participants achieve goals.
• Lead daily programming across academic, social, life and leisure skills and recreational activities; develop ISP plans.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations (Medicaid, Licensure, CARF) and company policies.
