Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to increase independence.
• Meet with participants in various settings.
• Document individual progress and support efforts.
• Administer medications and monitor health needs.
• Drive individuals to appointments.
