The Atlantic District in Blacksburg, VA seeks a motivated Multi-line Agent to join our local office team. You will identify opportunities, review policies, and educate clients on coverage while building lasting community relationships.

We offer base salary + commission + bonus opportunities, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients
• Clear and professional communication skills for building relationships
• Previous experience in a consultative sales role
• Understanding of the Blacksburg area and local business landscape

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to protect clients through home, auto, and life insurance
• Review existing policies to ensure coverage remains relevant
• Educate policyholders on coverage details for peace of mind
• Collaborate with community members to build partnerships
• Maintain accurate client documentation and policy records
• Work with the team to achieve agency growth goals and uphold quality service
