Country Financial seeks an Associate Agent to join the Daniel O'Brien office in Pawnee, Illinois. You will build deep, lasting relationships with local families, listening to their needs and guiding them toward protection for homes, autos, and loved ones.

The role emphasizes a people-first approach and active community involvement. You will hold Illinois Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, leverage sales experience, and use computer systems to manage client records and plan long-term

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty license in Illinois.
• Valid Life and Health license in Illinois.
• Experience in sales or a role focused on building client relationships.
• Strong comfort with computers and navigating digital systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine desire to help neighbors plan for their financial future.
• Strong local ties to Pawnee or surrounding central Illinois communities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals in the Pawnee area to understand their goals and concerns.
• Design insurance strategies that offer real protection for homes, cars, and families.
• Explain life insurance and retirement options to clients.
• Manage your calendar to be available when clients need you.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details; participate in local community events.
