Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty license required.
• Three or more years of personal lines experience.
• Strong communication skills for explaining policy terms clearly.
• Familiarity with local CT insurance market trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure clients have the right coverage.
• Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of policy terms and coverage limits.
• Review existing policy portfolios annually to identify gaps or opportunities.
• Process new policy applications and manage renewals with attention to detail.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly with transparency and helpfulness.
• Maintain organized digital records and client files for quick access.
