Job summary

Rural Mutual Insurance Company is seeking Insurance Agents to help Wisconsin families, farms, and businesses protect what matters most. You’ll develop client relationships, assess coverage needs, and present suitable insurance solutions across Wisconsin.

From day one, you’ll receive base pay, commissions, and coaching, with a pathway to grow a robust book of business through networking, community partnerships, and ongoing training. Licenses required or soon-to-be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
