Job summary

Community Assistance Network in Essex, MD seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Essex HOPE ENOUGH Initiative, coordinating activities, engaging the community, and liaising with partners.

This role supports grant reporting, tracking milestones, and delivering monthly summaries while ensuring compliance with ENOUGH Initiative requirements. A Bachelor's degree and data-entry skills are preferred; bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Assist with Essex HOPE ENOUGH Initiative activities and track milestones and timelines.
• Community Engagement: Organize community meetings and outreach activities, engage residents and youth participation.
• Partnership Coordination: Coordinate communication among partners and stakeholders; support referrals and resource sharing.
• Reporting and Administrative Support: Prepare meeting materials, assist with grant reporting and data collection.
• Deliverables: Produce monthly activity summaries and documentation of engagement and meetings.
• Technical Assistance and Community Support: Help stakeholders access resources and support Essex HOPE progress.
• Education Experience and Knowledge: Degree preferred; data entry experience; Maryland driver's license required; bilingual preferred.
• Abilities and Skills: Strong data entry, organization, communication, and confidentiality.
