Job summary

Oak and Cedar LLC is seeking caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in Citrus Heights, North Highlands, Natomas, and surrounding areas. The role involves transporting participants, maintaining schedules, and delivering person-centered support across recreation, health, safety, and community inclusion.

Applicants must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid (provided by Oak and Cedar), and clearance to work by the DOJ.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver’s license.
• Must be able to move about in the community 80% of the time.
• Must have valid CPR/First Aid Card. (Provided by Oak and Cedar).
• Must receive clearance to work by the Department of Justice (Live scan).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle.
• Work at a 1:2 staff to client ratio.
• Promote Person Centered Thinking, Client Choice, Independence, etc.
