Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate to help adults increase their employment potential and independence. The role focuses on exploring community participation options and developing tailored supports to enable meaningful inclusion.

You will work with individuals to identify goals, build skills, and coordinate supports, including transportation as needed. This position offers casual/per diem hours and opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Effective verbal and written communication essential
• Valid Driver’s License and daily access to a vehicle required

Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate supports for individuals based on strengths, needs and interests
• Explore community participation options using person-centered tools
• Complete discovery with individuals to identify themes and ideal employment conditions
• Develop potential employment ideas and negotiate with employers
• Teach and model natural supports to aid success for individuals
• Coordinate transportation when needed
