Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Specialist – Community Relations to advance philanthropic and community engagement, including the annual St. Jude fundraiser, and to showcase the impact of our community initiatives across the Domino’s system.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage giving programs, and develop compelling stories that elevate the brand and strengthen partnerships with nonprofit organizations and communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community relations or related field.
• Ability to develop clear, engaging content for diverse audiences across digital, written, and multimedia channels.
• Strong proofreading, editing, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with nonprofit partners, stakeholders, and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage community investment programs with nonprofit partners and donations.
• Coordinate local outreach with Supply Chain and community organizations.
• Administer charitable giving programs including tracking and budgeting.
• Support national fundraising campaigns and partner activations.
• Develop campaign communications to raise awareness and engagement.
• Track campaign performance and report results to stakeholders.
• Create content highlighting community impact and social good.
