Job summary

PCs for People is seeking an Impact Manager to drive community outreach, revenue development, and nonprofit partnerships in Minnesota. You will lead grant writing efforts, expand digital literacy, and coordinate with foundations and donors to extend affordable technology access.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nonprofits, event presence, and grant strategy, with a focus on measurable impact and sustainable funding streams across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years development experience in a nonprofit or related field.
• Proven experience in grant writing and securing funding highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative of PCs for People in marginalized communities.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to raise program visibility across media channels.
• Represent PCs for People at meetings, conferences, and events with proposals and presentations.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and funders to boost program distribution and usage.
• Oversee distribution partnerships and maintain donor/grant administration workflows.
