Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Community Impact Manager II to lead regional CRA/Community Development efforts across assigned markets. You will drive strategies, build partnerships with nonprofits and regulators, and oversee performance reporting, ensuring alignment with CRA goals and the bank’s risk and community objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience implementing CRA/community development strategies.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to CRA.
• Experience with CRA-related bank products and lending, including tax credit initiatives.
• Ability to analyze CRA performance and communicate results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CRA market execution plan strategies to achieve CRA goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, nonprofits, and regulators.
• Assess community needs and align bank strategy with CRA objectives across regions.
• Present CRA performance reports to Region senior management and leadership.
