• 3-5 years' experience implementing/managing CRA-related strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of CRA laws and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess community needs and execute the bank's CRA strategy to build strong communities.
• Develop and remediate CRA performance gaps to achieve outstanding ratings.
• Lead relationships with community partners and internal leaders for engagement and sponsorships.
• Manage regional charitable contributions budget and local giving initiatives.
