Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in experience.
• 2-3 years' experience in program development and youth programming.
• Experience in community relations or financial literacy is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial literacy programs in schools and community groups.
• Deliver programs across LOC branches and partner locations, including outside hours.
• Develop materials and marketing for literacy initiatives.
• Build relationships with school districts, educators, and community partners.
• Track program metrics and provide reports on impact and participants.
