Job summary

Mosaic Beatrice, NE is seeking a Community Impact & Donor Relations Manager to lead our community engagement and donor development efforts. This exempt, full-time role focuses on partnership building, storytelling, and mobilizing volunteers to support our mission in Beatrice.

You will cultivate relationships with faith groups and local partners, manage campaigns, and oversee communications that demonstrate impact. Strong public speaking and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in PR, fundraising or community relations; grant writing and volunteer management preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, public speaking, social media, events and project management.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make a Difference

As ourCommunity Relations Manager, you will be the face and voice of Mosaic in the local community. You will build key partnerships, share inspiring stories, engage faith groups, and cultivate relationships that propel our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Awareness:Develop community awareness plans, build partnerships, and showcase Mosaic's work.

Volunteer & Church Relations:Recruit and direct volunteer teams while fostering connections across the local faith community.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a grounded, enthusiastic professional who lives out our values ofbelonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit.

Education:Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:Minimum 2 years in a similar PR, fundraising or community relations role.(Grant writing and volunteer management experience preferred).
