Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, Nebraska is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead our community engagement and donor development efforts, representing Mosaic as the face of the organization in the local area.

You will build partnerships, coordinate volunteers, support fundraising, and travel within the region to attend events, delivering stories that empower people and advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in PR, fundraising or community relations; grant writing and volunteer management preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, public speaking, social media, events, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop community awareness plans, partnerships.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers; engage local faith groups.
• Cultivate donor relationships; assist with local fundraising.
• Assist with grant proposals and reporting.
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Travel locally and represent Mosaic at community events.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
