Job summary

American Eagle Financial Credit Union is seeking a Community Impact & Data Specialist in East Hartford, CT. You will build reports and dashboards, track metrics, and support community engagement across volunteerism, giving, literacy, and wellbeing programs.

You will work with the community team to translate data into insights that inform strategy, strengthen stakeholder reporting, and demonstrate the value of AEFCU’s investments in communities served.

Qualifications

• Requires subject matter expertise and ability to mentor others.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, public administration, community development, social science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in reporting, program administration, data analytics, or nonprofit operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate program data for community engagement, giving, sponsorships, and volunteer activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Measure program outcomes and support annual impact reporting.
