As a Community Impact and Engagement Partner, you will represent our organization at community events, establish referral relationships, and provide valuable feedback to improve our programming. Your work will be instrumental in creating a culture of connection and support across our organization and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the organization at community functions, events, and partner meetings to promote access to care.
• Establish and maintain referral and partnership relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, enhancing awareness of available services.
• Provide feedback from partners and participants to inform engagement strategies and improve programming.
• Collaborate with leadership to support initiatives that align with organizational development and business growth goals.
• Track engagement data and key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Partner with marketing and communications to enhance outreach and visibility of engagement efforts.
• Document program activities, outcomes, and participant engagement in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Maintain timely records on attendance, referrals, follow-ups, and other engagement outcomes.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services , Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field required.
• 2 years of experience in engagement, outreach, community relations, or program coordination roles highly preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
