Job Summary:

Engage with diverse stakeholders, foster connections, and support impactful programs. We seek a passionate individual skilled in communication, collaboration, and strategic development to enhance community awareness and support our mission.

Represent our organization at community events, establish referral relationships, and provide feedback to improve programs. Your work will foster a culture of connection and support across our organization and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization at community functions and partner meetings to promote access to care
  • Establish and maintain referral and partnership relationships
  • Serve as a liaison to enhance awareness of services
  • Gather feedback to inform engagement strategies and improve programming
  • Support initiatives aligned with organizational development and growth
  • Track engagement data and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance outreach
  • Document activities and outcomes in compliance with protocols
  • Maintain records on attendance, referrals, and follow-ups
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years in engagement, outreach, community relations, or program coordination (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
