Qualifikationen

• One year of experience managing community housing or real estate development.
• Experience reviewing housing program applications and ensuring eligibility.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, regulations, and codes with accuracy.

• Provides professional asset management for the City’s community housing developments and other real estate developments; ensures compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Serves as a liaison between staff, attorneys, and housing personnel to prepare contracts and negotiate details; ensures documents are accurate and transparent.
• Reviews, evaluates, and approves applications for housing programs; verifies information for eligibility and compliance.
• Drafts, prepares, and reports on program accomplishments; coordinates with HUD and maintains databases and information systems.
• Conducts site visits and annual compliance reviews; drafts letters of non-compliance and supports foreclosure procedures when needed.
