Bryten in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the community and its interiors. You will support resident experiences by keeping leasing offices, model apartments, clubhouses, and common areas in pristine condition.

The role involves cleaning vacant homes, performing routine housekeeping duties, and assisting with inventory and safety compliance, with strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, or related cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of leasing offices, model apartments, clubhouses, restrooms, fitness centers, and common areas.
• Clean vacant apartment homes to support timely move-ins and occupancy goals.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, polishing, trash removal.
• Clean appliances, countertops, bathrooms, windows and other surfaces to company standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues to management.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment; follow cleaning procedures and OSHA standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as directed.
• Support events, inspections, and special cleaning projects as needed.
