Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment following safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and time management with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of leasing offices, model apartments, clubhouses, public restrooms, fitness centers, and other common areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes to support timely move-ins and occupancy goals.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, polishing, trash removal.
• Clean appliances, countertops, bathrooms, windows, and other surfaces to company standards.
• Report maintenance concerns and assist with inventory management of supplies.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies; support events and special cleaning projects.
