Job summary

Asset Living in Sacramento is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public spaces, common areas, and grounds, and to prepare vacant units for move-in under the Community Manager's supervision.

This role requires daily onsite presence, basic computer skills for onsite software, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and a commitment to safety, resident service, and teamwork. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and perform make-ready activities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain daily upkeep of offices and amenities; ensure safe, clean, and presentable spaces.
