Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, maintaining common areas, coordinating with maintenance, and managing supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.

• Basic computer and email literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community and model units.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and maintenance staff to meet quality standards.
• Report safety hazards to the Property Manager promptly.
• Clean vacant units monthly and model units weekly.
• Track supplies and notify Property Manager when inventory is low.
• Assist with ordering or repairing cleaning equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
