Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks with urgency. A Texas driver’s license is required to access different units and ensure property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or janitorial position.
• Must be able to prioritize work, organize tasks, and handle all with a strong sense of urgency.
• This position requires strong attention to detail.
• General knowledge of computers and email.
• Professional traits include adaptability, empathy, integrity, and reliability.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Works with Property Manager to ensure organizational goals are achieved while adhering to DMA community standards.
• Collaborates with maintenance staff to meet quality standards for the entire community, including all common areas, vacant and model units.
• Reports all safety hazards to the Property Manager immediately.
• Cleans all vacant units monthly; cleans models weekly.
• Tracks all supplies, notifying the Property Manager when inventory is low.
• Works with Property Manager to repair or order cleaning equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
