Princeton Management in Cape Girardeau, MO, is seeking a diligent housekeeper for our residential community. You will clean common areas, prepare vacant units, and assist with light leasing office tasks, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to lift and carry supplies, bend, and stand for extended periods. A valid driver's license is required; training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Applicants must demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to physically perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Common Areas: Thoroughly clean shared spaces including entryways, lobbies, elevators, windows, laundry machines, flooring, baseboards, handrails, light fixtures, offices, clubhouse, etc.
• Vacant Apartments: Thoroughly empty apartments in preparation for new move-ins, including appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, ceiling fans/lights, windows, carpeting, etc.
• Operational Support: May assist in leasing office with general office work (answering phones, filing, etc.) as needed. Help at other Princeton properties as needed.
• Compliance & Reporting: Identify and notify management of maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed involving employees, residents, or property. Deliver notices and door hangers to residents. Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Core Competencies: Professionally communicate with contractors, vendors, and residents; provide exceptional customer service and maintain organization and teamwork.
