Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper for our Gainesville community to maintain clean, orderly environments across residential units and common areas. You will perform cleaning tasks, support residents and vendors, and participate in on-call duties with safety and attention to detail as priorities.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read and follow instructions; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional housekeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, apartment units, laundry rooms, fitness center, retail space and common areas as directed.
• Clean bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors; spot clean walls and windows.
• Dust furniture and empty trashcans.
• Report service requests to management and assist with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Participate in weekly on-call duties when necessary.
• Maintain a positive work environment and uphold Cardinal Culture and Core Values.
