CAMBA seeks a Community Health Worker to engage with women and families in Brooklyn and surrounding New York City communities. You will conduct outreach, facilitate educational sessions, handle intake and goal planning, and coordinate referrals to CAMBA services and community resources. Bilingual Spanish and English is highly preferred.
You will build trusting relationships, manage a caseload, and advocate for participant needs while supporting program objectives and client wellbeing.

CAMBA’s Robin Hood Foundation Moving Mothers Health Forward (MMHF) Health Programwill consist of imbedded and continuous services provided to the communities of our two Brooklyn-based family shelters and the three NYCHA Public Housing Developments served by CAMBA’s Cornerstone Community Centers.
$42,426 annually

The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate.This includes but is not limited to experience, education, budget and/or program size, internal equity, skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.
