Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $17 - $26.35/hr based on experience

The Community Health Worker will be responsible for but not limited to: assist individuals and families in enrolling in public benefits such as Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act(ACA) marketplace, connecting them to critical resources, and providing financial literacy education.
