1st Choice Healthcare in Arkansas seeks a Community Health Worker to provide outreach and enrollment assistance to residents lacking healthcare access. The role primarily works at Corning and Paragould clinic locations (60%) with field-based outreach (40%) and requires travel within the service area.

The Community Health Worker works to provide outreach opportunities for community residents who lack access to healthcare and health insurance, provide enrollment and application assistance. Employee should maintain a professional image and manner in dealing with patients, families, visitors, and clinic personnel.

Work is partially performed (60%) in a normal, pleasant office environment. In-office work will primarily take place at the Corning and Paragould clinic locations and will focus on insurance enrollment and related tasks. A portion of work time (40%) will be spent performing in-field outreach and enrollment assistance activities. Duties will require travel throughout the health organization's service area. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
