Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to read, understand, and speak the English language. Bilingual skills are highly valued and considered an asset to our diverse team and community, though not required. For those with bilingual skills, interpreter certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional health-related licensure/certifications are a plus
• CHW Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire date. We are willing to train and support the right candidate!

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
