Job summary

Qualifications

• NPTE and/or state licensure requirements as applicable in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Develop care and treatment plans with the care team, addressing fall risk, interventions, and home safety.
• Provide physical therapy services to patients.
• Perform skilled evaluations through impairment testing with interpretation of findings.
• Assess muscle strength, mobility, gait, range of motion and pain; select appropriate treatments and devices.
