• Spanish reading, writing and speaking proficiency preferred; ability to interpret findings and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a broad spectrum plan of care for individuals, families, and population groups.
• Provide specialized health care to clients in the defined population.
• Identify emerging or recurring health problems.
• Develop and/or implement programs with internal and external partners.
• Supervise nursing and non-professional staff.
