Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Community Health Nursing specialty.
• Current South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience; at least 3 years in community health.
• Experience in primary healthcare, health education and disease prevention.

Responsabilités

• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and basic medical examinations for individuals and families.
• Provide immunizations and wound care; administer prescribed medications when needed.
• Deliver health education and counselling on nutrition, hygiene, chronic disease management and family planning.
• Promote preventive health measures and disease management within the community.
• Identify health issues and contribute to targeted health programs.
