Qualifications

Arizona NP license with Prescriptive Authority and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Provides and manages direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, and treatment.
Prescribes medications and treatment regimens as appropriate to medical conditions.
Maintains and updates medical records per organizational standards.
Coordinates referrals to specialists and other care components as needed.
Educates patients on wellness, prevention, and health maintenance; adheres to PPE standards.
