Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is recruiting a Community Health Worker Apprentice for the El Centro OB/GYN team in Lorain. Under a CHW preceptor, you will develop core functions such as patient care, community outreach and connecting patients with resources while building trust with diverse communities.

This hybrid program blends Zoom-based coursework with on-site labs at Tri-C Metro, starting February 9. Hours include 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective time management and problem solving to manage changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and community interaction.

Responsibilities
