Job summary

Family Health Centers at NYU Langone in Brooklyn seeks a Business Analyst to manage financial aspects of the Department, including budgets, grants, and contracts. The role reports to the Vice President of Community Based Programs and supports financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, health administration or related field required.
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task and work both independently and within a large diverse team.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, analytics, and grants compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial management and budgeting to maximize program revenue across sources.
• Develop strategies with management to improve financial position.
• Develop annual budgets and manage budget preparation processes.
• Develop multi-year projections and assess financial risks.
• Ensure adherence to grant regulations and assist with audits.
• Provide financial analyses for strategic initiatives and reporting.
• Monitor budgets monthly and perform variance analyses.
• Manage donor revenue with Grants Fiscal and Development Office.
• Create additional financial reporting processes for management.
• Draft Master Service Agreements and contracts as needed.
