Responsibilities

  • Daily financial management of all grant accounts.
  • Prepare financial portfolios for investigators with summaries and projections.
  • Prepare project budgets for new grants, periods, and subcontracts.
  • Reallocate personnel effort onto/off grant accounts.
  • Review time and effort allocation and assist with effort certification.
  • Assist with progress report submissions and sponsor audits/questions.
  • Facilitate financial closeout of grant accounts.
