• Must complete Motivational Interviewing and Health Coaching Certification within 45 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technology.
• Experience caring for individuals with chronic health conditions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to program administrators, health coaches, and clinical staff.
• Welcome and assist clients at the Health Hub front desk and manage appointments.
• Support HIPAA-compliant documentation in the Epic EHR system.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and office operations to ensure smooth hub functions.
• Promote healthy behaviors and deliver health coaching sessions to clients.
• Assist with community outreach, events, and marketing materials.
