Job summary

University Health in Texas is seeking an experienced community health clinician to operate under the clinical director and serve as an expert educator, consultant, case manager, and researcher within a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop broad care plans for individuals, families and populations, provide specialized health services, identify health problems, and help implement programs with internal and external partners while supervising nursing and non-professional staff.

Qualifications

• BSN nursing degree preferred.
• Current Texas RN license required.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
