Job summary

Health Partners of Western Ohio is seeking a Center Director to oversee daily operations across medical, dental, behavioral health, and clinical support services in the Old West End community health center in Toledo. This role partners with staff and community stakeholders to address challenges and strengthen operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business, Human Services or related discipline required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Graduate of a school of nursing accredited by National League of Nursing (preferred licensing).
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience in health care or human service-related organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction across medical, dental, behavioral health, and clinical support services.
• Partner with staff and community stakeholders to solve challenges and strengthen health center operations.
• Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient outcomes and community well‑being.
