Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must pass Kawerak TABE language, reading and math tests at 8th grade level and math tests at 6th grade level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision following CHA/P Manual.
• Gather and document information accurately and submit reports per protocol.
• Prepare and send laboratory tests to NSHC for analysis as requested.
• Calculate dosages and administer medications under medical staff approval.
• Conduct monthly audit of controlled substances and document results.
• Perform screening and other medical/administrative duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
