Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per CHA/P manual under supervision.
• Gather and document information per CHA/P process and submit reports.
• Prepare and send laboratory tests to NSHC for analysis.
• Calculate dosages and administer medications with physician approval.
• Conduct monthly audit of controlled substances and record results.
• Perform screening and other medical/administrative procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
