Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Assistance support at events as needed.
• Enter patient demographics accurately into practice management and EHR systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with patients and care team at all times.
• Adhere to drug safety policies and universal protocol principles.
