Job summary

Favor is seeking a Community Growth Specialist to drive brand awareness, nurture local partnerships, and attract new customers in Austin. You will represent the brand at events and through community engagement, educating locals on Favor's on-demand delivery services.

This hybrid role combines selling, meet & greets, and brand representation, partnering with Sales & Marketing to execute localized strategies that grow our customer base and deepen Favor's presence in the Austin market.

Community Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Community Growth Specialist with a passion for brand advocacy and community engagement to join our team. As a Community Growth Specialist at Favor, you are the face of the brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand awareness and generate new customers through community partnerships and local events. You will engage directly with potential customers in the community, educating them on the value of Favor's on-demand delivery services. Where you'll work: This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll work from home roughly three days per week and collaborate with other team members in person at our HQ in Austin, Texas for the remaining work days.
